2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Sites or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below and the policies outlined in our Terms of Use, and you hereby consent to our collection, use, storage, deletion, and disclosure of your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, then you should immediately discontinue use of the Sites and/or Services without providing us with any personal information.

We collect personal information when you create an account through the Services; receive customer or technical support; use our products, such as benefit recommendations, quoting, our tech tools, employer enrollment, or other services; or participate in components of the Services through which you may post content. We may collect the following categories of personal information (a) directly from you (such as when you create an account, purchase a product or service from us, apply for insurance, or contact us), (b) from third-parties (such as when your employer enrolls you in one of our products or services), and (c) from the device and browser that you use to access the Services.

We may collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, fax number, Social Security number or other government identification number, date of birth, signature, photograph, and online account username and password.
Financial and Insurance Information
We may collect transaction or loss history, insurance claim history, health insurance policy numbers, and bank account information.
Demographic Information
We may collect your age or birthdate, gender, race, ethnicity, and familial or marital status. Generally, it is not required to provide this information to us unless it is necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations.
Professional, Employment, and Education Information
We may collect education information, employment history and the name of your employer or general agency.
Other Identifying Information that You Voluntarily Choose to Provide

The Services are not intended for users under the age of 16. Warner Pacific does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. All insurance brokers, agents, and support organizations need to disclose customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating directly to your account or products and services that you have purchased from us.
8. Security
We maintain reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unintentional destruction. We have implemented various security measures to protect your personal information. Whenever you give out personal information online there is a risk that third parties may intercept and use that information. Although we seek to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal information you disclose online. To the extent permitted under applicable law, we assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your personal information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized access by third parties, or other causes beyond our control.

9. Location of Processing:
As detailed in Section 5 (How We Disclose Personal Information), Warner Pacific must disclose your personal information to a variety of service providers and other third parties in order to provide you with the Services. In some instances, these service providers and other third parties may be located, or may conduct their personal information processing and/or storage operations, outside of the United States. By accessing the Sites or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Warner Pacific may outsource the processing and/or storage of your personal information to service providers and other third parties located outside of the United States. If we do so, we will ensure that any service provider or other third party to which we disclose your personal information has agreed to comply with all applicable laws relating to the privacy and security of your personal information.

If we possess appropriate information about you (e.g., name, email, address), we will attempt to verify your identity using that information. Depending on the nature of your request and the sensitivity of your personal information, we may require additional information and documents. If it is not possible to identify you using commercially reasonable methods, we may not be able to respond to your request.
To use an authorized agent to make a consumer request for access, deletion, or correction on your behalf, we may need the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Please note that certain exceptions and limitations apply to the rights discussed above. For example, the rights described above may be limited or inapplicable to certain types of information and to information collected and used in connection with our business relationship with other business entities.
CCPA requires a link to a separate webpage/form where consumers can exercise their consumer rights. We recommend keeping the email address until such webpage/form is made available. The email address, here, could then be deleted, but an email we recommend keeping an email address in the privacy policy to address privacy questions.
Please note that responding to a consumer request depends on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the personal information. California law requires that no more information than needed to identify the individual in your internal database should be collected, unless the request presents a heightened risk to the consumer.
Please let us know if you would like further guidance on responding to consumer requests. Under CCPA, businesses have 45 days to respond to a consumer request and must provide confirmation of receipt. It does, however, provide for a 45 day extension, provided the consumer is notified within the initial 45 day window.
